Danone is operating in more than a 130 countries accross the five continents. The development of our activities around the world, in particular emerging markets, constitutes a key mechanism by which we can successfully carrying out our mission while ensuring a long-term growth. Thus, in 2016, emerging markets accounted for 53% of Group sales. This strategy starts with major growth markets in which Danone enjoys strong positions, like Indonesia, China, Russia, the United States, Mexico or Brazil.
